Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AbilityWoodFlooring.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to AbilityWoodFlooring.com; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Calculating Your Refund
The following conditions and exceptions apply.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Below is an example of the options you'll. If you choose the U.S. Postal Service option, the amount that will be deducted from your refund is displayed. If you choose the Self Return option, you'll pay the cost charged by the carrier selected.
How Refunds are Issued
If you paid by credit card, your refund will go to credit card after return is processed in 3-5 business days.
If you paid by bank account, your refund will go to bank account after return is processed up to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, AbilityWoodFlooring.com will send another once we receive the faulty item.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
